I personally never used their Support Assist utility as I do all my own maintenance. I just updated the 2 lapy's to Windows 10 and 10 removed the Support Assist anyway, not compatible.

I would suggest cleanly removing both Support Assist and Support Assist OS Recovery via the Control Panel. Then enable the Hidden Items view in Windows Explorer and look at your OS (C) drive for the ProgramData and AppData Folders.
